On March 4, Texans voting for McCain or Huckabee to be Republican nominee as President will take Chris Peden over Ron Paul for congressional nominee. I think Ron Paul will not return to congress, unless he run as an independent.
When Ron Paul has nothing to lose as a Republican Congressman, maybe he will run as an independent for President and Congress, which will then give a Democrat presidency for sure.
