If not mistaken, a line from the movie “Patton” spoken by George C. Scott went something like this in reference to Rommel. “I read your book you magnificant son-of-a-bitch”. Well, I read Obama’s book and his is not magnificant but if anyone is willing to take the time to read it, what he is doing is no surprise at all. In fact, he is following his life script and will continue to do so. There is no substance, nothing grounding him other than his ideology and total commitment to socialism. He never produced anything of significance or original in his life. He was late producing the manuscript for his first book and the deal was cancelled only to be picked up by someone else. He spent several months out of the country living on his advance writing.
He learned early on to keep in front of his chosen targets and how to manipulate them and say the right thing. This man is as cold and calculating as anyone I have seen in my long life on this planet. This is not about race but about a false prophet who used his natural gifts to maneuver his way into the most powerful position on the planet. He will lie one day, reverse his position the next and the media will not call him out on it. Those who offer him cover remind me of the weak kneed guys who are afraid of their own shadow who think guys like Obama are cool. They want to emulate him and will defend him to the death because of some hero worship cult.
Obama is doing exactly what he planned to do all along. He will stay in front of the media and all other outlets available so he can continue to deliver his message directly to those who put him in office. His popularity will remain high as long as those who contribute the least are polled the most. His popularity will remain high as long as his public persona doesn’t slip too much and the true man behind the mask is revealed too soon.
In time, the true Obama will step forward but based on the way events are unfolding, by the time he does, it will be too late. I am not a conspiracy or a Manchurian Candidate theorist but as each day passes, my position changes a litte more. I was not fooled by George W. Bush or Bill Clinton. Each man ended up being true to who he is deep inside. Obama is following the same path.
