I thought appointing new people (police and teachers etc) to count the vote in neutrality should be seen as an act of wisdom in a very corrupt system. But apparently Pakistani people love to see conspiracy in everything that exists, and that is a vicious circle of doubt that will not let them have peace, no matter what is done to show that some people do care about that country and not all is malicious.
