I went to see the US play Cuba at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. The usual suspects of Spanish communism were all there. My left arm is paralyzed from an automobile accident and I wear it in a brace. This was picked up by the fellow-travellers and made fun of, thinking I didn’t understand them. I certainly did and fluently questioned the virtue of their mothers. They were astonished. Cuba beat the US 6-4, I’m sure they never understood what was going on.
