Trudeau and his Charter have everything to do with the dumbing down of Canada. Thank goodness for the Conservative government and our fine PM, Stephen Harper, and his superlative Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and (ugh) Multiculturalism, Jason Kenney. Like the good fairies in Sleeping Beauty, the Conservatives, who finally have a majority government, are turning back some of the Liberals’—our Democrats—most egregious initiatives. E.g., Kenney has banned the wearing of the burqa or niqab during citizenship ceremonies: a good first step.
