An additional possibility would be that Obama withdraws from the race. His failure to show up to defend his right to be on the GA ballot is a strong indication of that happening.
Motions in several new states including MD, NY, FL and CA will be made. It’s likely Obama would fail to present any documentation if push comes to shove in those states.
A series of default decisions would turn him into a pariah among the Democrat leadership because all Democrat candidates on the same ballots would be at a disadvantage turnoutwise.
Obama would benefit in that not presenting his ‘birth certificate’ reduces his risk of prison time, unless someone in government gets aggressive in pursuing him legally.
