Gee, talk about proving closed-mindedness on the Left’s part. #6, $300 a barrel for oil? Not if Keystone and Gulf coast drilling and North Shore/ANWR weren’t all being blocked. We have to be the only country in the world stupid enough to let a minority of loudmouths block all efforts to reduce our dependence on foreign petroleum – let alone have environmentalists who think blocking a Canadian pipeline through the USA will stop Canadians from building a pipeline or expanding THEIR oil exploration.
But no, can’t think that way. However, the author is at least realistic enough to acknowledge the ultimate karma – that the man who won his first state Senate race by getting all his opponents tossed off the ballot might not be re-elected because he gets tossed off the ballot.
