Moreover even within your 90% presumption of non-use there is a high likelihood of direct and/or indirect use against our interests and our allies. The consequences of direct and/or indirect Iran use nuclear weapons against our interests and our allies likely ranges from quite undesirable to catastrophic.
Even non-use likely mean certain economically disastrous interruptions of the world’s oil supplies as an Iranian nuclear shield would guarantee aggressive Iranian foreign adventurism and economic blackmail.
All outcomes of an Iranian Islamofacist nuclear arsenal would be highly undesirable.
