I would say President Obama’s chances for re-election are looking pretty good right now.
“Generic Republican” could probably still beat him, but we only have Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney.
One has more baggage than a Victorian African safari, and the other is not a Conservative any way, shape, or form. He’s a ‘Pubbie Obama without the race advantage.
