If Comedy Central wanted to be funny, it would cancel Stewart and South Park and put on reruns of I Love Lucy. I don’t think Comedy Central wants to be funny. I think it wants to be insulting, offensive, degenerate and depraved and vapid. There is nothing virtuous about that network. It stinks; which is why it’s appropriate, I suppose, that its biggest advertisers are deodorants.
