Isn’t there a law, Parkinson’s I believe, that states that people get promoted up to their level of incompetance where they stay?
That’s the Peter Principle; Parkinson’s Law is that
“Work expands to fill the time available to complete it.”
Note to JB: if a fool can’t sit in the House of Lords, where can he sit?
