Based on what we’ve heard from Barney Frank this week, I would guess “what is brewing next for the tea party movement” is the following:
Congress will authorize its newly formed (uniformed and uninformed) local chapters of Stop the Tea Bags to:
1. Start using existing public security cameras to examine photos of those attending tea parties.
2. Scan parking lots for license plate numbers.
3. Identify those in attendance by name.
4. Publish their names along with home addresses.
5. Devise new tax legislation designed to take 85% of their income by withholding.
6. Have their neighbors come and knock on their doors and tell them they had better not go to any more tea parties because big ears doesn’t want them to.
I have never in my life understood McCarthyism like I do now, courtesy of the democrats in Congress.
These people have brought taxpayer supported “politics of personal destruction” to a new level. We’re approaching threat level red.
