Just as Obama blamed Hillary Clinton for stopping the Keystone XL pipeline, Obama hides behind the U.S. Congress—essentially apologizing to the Iranian regime for imposing sanctions that were passed by the Senate on a 100–0 vote. In public, Obama brags about his “tough sanctions, while privately watering them down so as not to hurt the feelings of the Ayatollahs.
