It’s ain’t gonna happen as long as these latter-day kulaks don’t see the threat to themselves in a personal manner. And they probably won’t until it’s too late. Or until they start paying attention to how the plan worked in Russia after the Soviets got complete control of the system.
They’re too ‘busy’ trying to make a living.
