I have a better “modest proposal”. Honesty is always the best policy. Honesty is even “sustainable”!
Why not just admit that Global Warming is a HOAX, a popular fad, like Xmas, it is just plain, flat, wrong to believe that natural climate change can be or even should be mitigated by humans.
It has now been demonstrated that global climate change is a function mainly of the level of solar activity.
