Paul Casey–”As a Brit,” you are a perfect example of they type of “whistling past the graveyard” that is going to result in the destruction of Britain in the next decade or two. By all means sit back, order another pint of bitter at your local pub, pretend you don’t see it when the guys in their kuffiyehs pass by, and pretend everything is under control, everything is just swell in “Merry Old England.” The problem is, if you are wrong, it will be too late to turn back and, in fact, absent a violent internal conflict, it is probably too late to turn back already.
