A simple plan would be to ban the burqa. Round up any woman wearing one and have them spend the night in jail, and have a hefty fine to get her out. Tunisia has banned the burqa, and it effectively discourages any extremist from remaining in the country.
Surely something about hiding your identity being a threat to the community could justify such a law. Here in America you cannot enter a bank wearing a mask. Also, polygamy must be outlawed and strictly enforced. That would cause many to leave. Instead you are encouraging the practice by giving benefits to each wife!
