Birdog, seems like somebody struck a nerve . . .

Just one thing about Jesus. He said there was life after death. He also lived & said alot of things I live by. He also said he was the son of God. He said we should love God, & love our neighbor as ourselves. Alot of people, like me, believe he said & lived alot of important truths, & demonstrated better than anybody else how to treat our fellow man.

With all those good things to his name, I cannot comprehend him also being a liar. Therefore, I am compelled to believe he actually is the son of God, & that there is life after death, even though I struggle with those concepts, have little proof of them, & can barely understand them.

How could a man so good, also be a liar? So either you believe the whole of Jesus, or none of it. This business of thinking he is a prophet or a “good man” comparable to other “good men” is rubbish.

Christianity, as much as other religions, philosophers, & self taught wise men like yourself hate to admit, has no parallel on earth.
