I guess the author thinks there is some pile of wealth and a few greedy people took more than their share, which is unfair to everyone else, so the government is going to redistribute it fairly. When you start with the incorrect assumption that wealth is static, you will reach incorrect conclusions.
I’d suggest the author read a basic economic textbook before opining about economics again. I don’t mind the display of ignorance. I object to the waste of my time.
