As I’m reading over people’s comments, and notice just how many believe he is “merely” naively incompetent/oblivious to his impacts on the market, I can only come to one conclusion.
The concept of “evil” has so been undermined, that people don’t want to believe there really is such a thing as “EVIL” (outside of “greedy rich people”). so they find some way to absorb it by giving it another name – like oblivious, ignorant, unintentional, (freedom fighters), etc, as a way to deal. But it is a denial of reality.
