We need to guilt trip our fellow citizens to take their responsibilities more serious. They may have indeed been cheated during their years of formal education. Nonetheless, what does that have to do with the present? The vast majority of Americans can take advantage of the Internet, their public libraries, and educational TV networks. There simply is no excuse for continued ignorance.
