Now it is discovered that the US Attorney in Delaware, who’s office stated no case, no investigation and no charges, is also bitten by the disease of non-disclosure.

The US Attorney in Delaware has yet to prosecute the law firm of TBF and MNAT for more than 19 confessed acts of false affidavits that assisted the $300 million in fraud. Colm Connolly is now nominated to be the Del District Court Judge and his resume became public as a result, which reveals that he was a partner with the MNAT law firm in 2001 when the fraud and perjury began.
