Most of us buy insurance or have it provided. There’s life insurance, car insurance, health/medical insurance, and the list goes on. It’s for a worst case scenario. Why is buying guns and stocking ammo any different? It’s not paranoia. It’s common sense.

Not using it (except in the case of life insurance – can’t get out of that one) is to be preferred but the need to have it is logical. Many people stock up on food and water when the weather service forecasts bad weather. Is that paranoia? Maybe to some it is, but better safe than sorry and I’ll hang on to my paranoia, thank you very much.
