It should be noted that any prosecution of the crime would in any likelihood have resulted in a light sentence. Scandinavia is notorious for its foftness on violent crime. In Denmark the average sentence for violent assault is under one year. And murder only gets you an average of sixteen year. And the right to keep and bear arms is of course nonexistent. Our jury system is a sham, and the citizen speaking against Muslim violence is liable to prosecution under the hate speech law (Penal Code S.266b) which forbids the publication of even truthful statements likely to be perceived as threatening, insulting or degrading to a group of persons on the ground of inter alia race, color or religion.
