Being a Catholic I agree with Pope Benedict. I share the Catholic beliefs about homosexuality. However, those beliefs do not include beating or killing homosexuals. In Islamic countries Christians routinely suffer discrimination. Muslims just don’t seem to be able to play nicely with others.
I have visited Europe every year for the last 11 years. Even in that time I have seen changes, for the worse. Security is much higher and it isn’t as safe as it used to be. Europeans need to face up to it. Otherwise they may end up gazing out to sea one day, praying that the Yanks will come once again to save them.
