Tea Party Protests Sweep the Country: But What’s the Message? (Updated)
Delia-Right on, please realize, most of Sarokozy’s reluctance to continue on is based on his ability to reduce the glut of bureaucrats in France…of the working population (ones that have a job) I believe it’s about 45 to 49%…meaning nearly one out of two workers depends on the government for their job. And for most small businesses and independants (eg farmers) they work two to three times more than anyone else and make less than minimum wage after all is said and done…please do not allow my home country to become like here
ooh lala, quelle misère !!!
fortunately you’re wrong, uh don’t read Paris-Match, it’s ok if you want t know who’s got tenure (? fumier) in front of his/her door
1/3 of the population is working for the public sector : education, army, navy, police, hospitals, administrations, regions, departements communes enterprises SNCF, EDF, (partly)…
part/time jobs in divers services (helps for the elders, schools,…
All that lot = 1/3 of the active population, also 65% to 70% of the population is considered active (knowing that average retirement is at 60 years old)
