Simply put: if you do not believe in the Qur’an, if you do not believe in the words and deeds of the prophet Mohammed, if you do not believe or accept that he is the Messenger of Allah and that Allah is the greatest of all, and if you have not submit to Allah or not willing to submit to Allah, then therefore you are a kaffir.
