I suspect Holmes is correct, but even without that possibility, the information is pretty damning, isn’t it?
Positive stories rose from 400 to 1100. Negative stories fell from 11,000 to less than 2,000. Thus, a little bit more positive reporting, but mostly, just not reporting at all.
