Sam, a masjid or mosque is not a holy place, even acc. to Islam. Its a facility to worship. A temple on the other hand IS a holy place acc. to Hinduism. The mosque currently standing at Kashi Vishwanath temple at Varanasi has been built by Muslim invaders at the site of the HOLIEST Hindu temple (similar to Vatican/Jerusalem for Christians)by destroying it. Infact Swamy has asked Muslims themselves to remove these mosques on holy Hindu sites. Mosques can be broken and rebuilt and its common occurrence even in Islamic countries.
