I don’t have the exact specifics but I seem to remember my history lesson where the veterans of WWI marched on Washington to protest high unemployment and poor government response. Gen Doug MacArthur lead the military putdown of the camp-in and dispersed the veterans with some loss of life. I wonder if that scenario may play itself out again when our troops come back to no jobs??
