Yes, Indy, this is the reason bo hasn’t been impeached. The House “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” but the Senate “shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.” Since Reid is in bo’s pocket there’s no way he would ever agree to try him for impeachment. Now, if republicans gain both the House and Senate in November but bo gets re-elected I can see him being impeached then.
