Gotta do your homework before making sweeping specious statements, guy.
Sure any number of presidents have skirted constitutional law, and all this has led to a situation where a truly cynical, amoral, shallow man on a power trip can up the ante on abuse of power. That man is Obama. A lot of us posters here know the difference between genuine executive powers and those made up on the fly. Obama has contempt for process when it gets in his way like no other president in recent memory. You are part of the probem because you’re apparently overawed by the idea of priviledge for the powerful. Maybe you should move to a genuine banana republic where you’d feel at home.
