The more Obama has engaged in strong-arm tactics and legally questionable maneuvers of late, the MORE the voters approve of him.
The history of other nations has shown that citizens often flock to a strongman in tough economic times.
When unemployment is high, citizens haven’t found work in over a year, the economy is stagnant and no immediate relief is in sight, they will demand that these problems be fixed by any means necessary, all that stuff about liberty and freedom be damned.
The Weimar Republic was one notorious example.
