Last I heard, murder was still a crime in Arizona. Brian Terry was murdered there. I would have to believe that knowing supplying guns to known criminals, as was the case with some ATF agents, especially if one of those weapons is used in a murder is also a crime.
You know Eric Holder isn’t going to prosecute anyone for the crimes. His buddy in AZ, Gov. Jan Brewer, should have the state file as many criminal charges as possible and see if they start talking. If not, maybe they could spend life behind bars in an AZ prison.
Gov. Brewer owes Eric Holder at least that much of a favor!
