An earlier writer was dead-on correct: Conservative Christians would buy Ford’s crappy cars out of a sense (misguided or not)of patriotism. This is the very last customer group that Ford should want to antagonize. No corporate entity wishing to sell to everyone can afford to take ANY side in our Nation’s cultutral wars. To do so instantly makes you the enemy of the side you do NOT support. This is a no-brainer known to all of corporate America except Ford. Taking sides shows a complete disregard for it’s stockholders. The Ford family neeeds to resign Ford’s board before they finish off this old American company for good.
