What budget? We can’t get a Democrat Senate to even consider the budgets that get passed by the House of Representatives. How does Obama know he is operating within the constraints of the budget. Obama is a communist attempting the power grab that will be required to achieve a one party system. He has a bunch of fellow travelers( chicken shits ) in the media blaring the trumpets.
