Techno, I suggest you read the Constitution. Article II outlines the rights and duties of the Executive Branch. Obama is violating these.
Take a look at Section 3; it says that the President can fill vacancies only during the Recess of Senate. Senate is not in recess.
Take a look at Article I, Section 8, which outlines the rights and duties of the Legislature. That includes the right to declare war and ‘calling forth the militia’. Obama ignored this Constitutional right when he moved the troops into Libya. How? He ‘redefined’ all on his own, the meaning of war, to mean ‘boots on the ground’ and defined dropping bombs as ‘not war’. Heh. Slick.
Obama’s continual contempt for and denigration of Congress, which is the Voice and Will of the People, sets him up as a dictator. Do you approve?
