Which law? He’s ignoring so many I’ve lost track. And where’s the budget? Senate hasn’t seen fit to present one, and last I checked, King Barry has a money tree in his back yard he is using to get reelected, as opposed to upholding the constitution he swore to uphold when he took office. I’m guessing he figures the Bible is living and breathing just like his constitution so his oath is now meaningless and up for sale…And every other president has conducted business like that?
