The AFA is one of the biggest organizations that many have never heard of. I am not a “member” but I read some of their newsletter to stay on top of the culture “war” which I find very interesting.

It is amazing to me that a company such as Ford would turn their back on family values and allow this boycott to occur. I can assure you that the impact is very large from this boycott because from my understanding the members are mostly conservative, middle class adults generally with families that are major consumers of trucks, suvs, minivans and other vehicles.

This is the same group of consumers who shop “American” first and look at the Fords, GMs and Dodge products before checking out the Japanese competition.

Talk about pooing where you eat.

This is just another example of how poor management is the reason for 90% of business failures.

Although I am sure management is working overtime to slant this in a totally different direction to CTA. Stubborn fools if you ask me.

Anyway, nicely written article from a neutral point of view. Very rare nowadays. I am going to have to browse more of this website and the author’s blog. Keep up the good work!
