It’s going to go further, I predict. Republican governors better start now and cite specific passages in this bill that require states to alter laws, etc., or beware. Biden’s remarks that the Feds would take back money is quite serious, I think, and the message has been sent that this bill WILL be used to bully out Republicans.
It’s so messy and big, nobody could possibly distribute the funds without complants.
Danger lies ahead.
