Ford is clueless. We have two old ford cars, and use to get them serviced at our local ford dealer, but as of two years ago those cars have not seen a ford dealership. We understand this hurts the local dealership more then the corporation, but we will not support a corporation that does not hold family values in high esteem. Our Ford Ranger will be replaced in a few months with something other than a Ford!And yes, every time we get our vehicles serviced, we send a copy to the ford dealership so they can see the business they are losing because of the corporate position.
