I also signed the boycott, and encourage friends and family to think long and hard before voting with their pocketbooks for the values pushed by Ford.
I think that it is interesting that Walmart was starting to flirt with some similar PC policies about a year ago, but (unlike Ford) they performed an an about-face after being approached by pro-family organizations. They understand that they cannot afford to alienate a substantial segment of their their customer base, and their business continues to grow as a result.
