I don’t suppose anybody would suggest that these proposals could justifiably be referred to as Jim Crow laws for gun owners. Perhaps we should revisit voting rights for the uneducated, non-property owning underclasses of America. Personally, I think a high school diploma, a clean criminal history, a clean background check with employment history, and evidence of real estate ownership should all be required before being given the sacred right of voting.

Am I missing something here? Seems fair to me if Rush’s thinking about gun rights is constitutionally correct.
