SarahB, calm down. This is an attempt to go to the grassroots, something Newt Gingrich has been working on behind the scenes for at least four years, and it’s not the only one. Go out and check his website, newt.org, to see some genuinely encouraging stuff. Michael Steele fired the whole top echelon of the Republican National Committee, and is quietly working with Gingrich to rebuild the party.
Most Republicans are pissed at the party. It’s time for us to throw almost all the bums out, Dems and Republicans alike. We can start with the RINOs, and move forward from there.
If the grassroots all respond emotionally, instead of taking the time to genuinely try to get this new revolution started, we will continue spinning our wheels while corruption stays right there at the top. We have a perfect opportunity right now to take our country back. Let’s do it, using the Dem’s own grassroots-mobilization tools against them.
