Joe Biden: the moral compass of our country. The man who for the last ten years, on average, gave 1/10 of 1% of his income to charity. That is according to his IRS tax records released during the campaign. His average giving for the last 10 years was around $350 on an average income in the $350,000 range. I repeat ONE-TENTH of ONE PERCENT of his income to charity.
Now that’s a man who puts his money where his mouth is!
