I can tell you personally that the boycott is working. I chose a Touareg over an Edge and my wife chose a Toyota Avalon over a Ford. Actually, she didn’t even consider going into the Ford dealership this time although we have owned three Fords in our past car history. I have seen the ads and read of the active support of non-car issues. If they just were smart enough to be neutral, it would be palatable.
