As a child in the sixties and seventies, I remember my father refusing to buy a Ford because of Henry Ford’s anti-semitism. He wouldn’t buy German cars either. Somehow, a particularly fabulous looking Mustang convertible allowed him to make a one time exception. I say bravo to Ford for distancing itself from its’ founder’s creepy values. Now, if it could just make a decent car…
