There are probably close to a million Muslims in the Netherlands at this time, over double the number that were there in 1990, and though they are a relatively small part of the population, their birthrates are very high. You are right that the likelihood of a majority Muslim population in the immediate future is far-fetched, but part of that diminished probability is due to the Dutch coming to their senses about immigration from Muslim countries.
Still the actual numbers to not reveal the tremendous problems with a million Muslims living in a small, secular country. They are not, by and large, acculturating, and a very large number are dangerous–openly hostile to the ideas of the Enlightenment, of which Holland was a major participant.
