@112. goy:

Yes, I know the details. But, please explain your statement: “The bottom line at this point is that no one cares.”

Slightly less than half of the country did not vote for BHO. How is it that no one cares?

The GOP should care and fight. By not fighting they abandon their supporters. Even if they do not care about their supporters, at least theoretically they should fight for the philosophy of GOP.

Even if you are right and the democrat nominated Congress could bypass the Constitutional Amendment, which in my opinion would be very difficult for them to do, it would weaken the democrats’ position to a point where at least an impeachment procedure could be brought into question. They would also be seriously embarrassed. The very least BHO’s popularity could be damaged. And the most he could be declared disqualified.

BHO can do so much damage in four years that the country will never recover. For example, just a couple of things, appoint new left-wing supreme court judges, and give more time for Iran to complete their nuclear weapon program, thereby triggering a Third World War. Does the GOP does not see that?

Also, how come no one cares about the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, and the most successful political document on earth? Will the USA become a lawless country like many Third World quasi- dictatorships?

Have not all the elected officials and judges bound to uphold it?
