I guess you have not checked the latest polls. The conservatives have to work to insure that the economy of the country spins out of control for them to have any chance to regain power. Interesting tact to take in a time of crises. It does not seem to be playing well outside of the wingnuts. Right now they are derive all their power for a narrow base in the conservative south
